From Hyannis take West Main Street to Pine Street (opposite Barnstable High School, by Compass Bank). Follow Pine Street past 4C's Ice Cream and straight through lights onto South Main Street. South Main Street becomes Main Street Osterville. Second building on left after Fancy's Market.

From Cotuit take Route 28 to the Osterville exit (blinking light and sign) on the right. Follow South County Road which becomes Main Street Osterville. Stay straight on Main Street, past Wimpy's Restaurant on the left. Three buildings down from Wimpy's on the right side of the road.

From Route 6 take exit 5 (Marstons Mills, Osterville, Route 149), and head south. Bear left at the fork onto Osterville-W.Barnstable Road. Follow to lights at the Sheriff's Horse Farm. Continue diagonally left across Race Lane to continue on Osterville-W. Barnstable Road. Straight across the lights at Route 28, passed Mahoney's Garden Shop. Left at end of road onto Main Street. Follow into town, passed Wimpy's Restaurant on left. Third building on right after Wimpy's.

The Physical Therapy Center in Buzzards Bay:

From Sagamore and Route 6 take Canal Road onto rotary by Bourne Bridge. Take exit after Ocean State Job Lot onto Main Street, Buzzards Bay. 50 yards down road on the right side see sign that reads "The Physical Therapy Center." Located beside Enterprise car rental.

From Wareham take Route 6 to Buzzards Bay rotary. First exit onto Main Street. Follow past new Community Center building on left. 50 yards down road on the right side see sign that reads "The Physical Therapy Center." Located beside Enterprise car rental.

From Route 25 take exit just before Bourne Bridge to rotary. Take exit after Ocean State Job Lot onto Main Street, Buzzards Bay. 50 yards down road on the right side see sign that reads "The Physical Therapy Center." Located beside Enterprise car rental.
